Several days ago I have noticed something wrong with my refrigerator. I was quite concerned since a lot of food and products were in a danger of getting spoiled. A friend of mine suggested to call to Trusted Refrigerator Repair & Appliance Pro. The lady on the phone was very polite, patient and helpful. I recently had an issue with my GE refrigerator, and I’m so glad I found Trusted Refrigerator Repair and Appliance Pro Alpharetta! I live in Johns Creek, and they were able to schedule a service appointment quickly. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away, and had the necessary parts to fix it on the spot.

I had a great experience with Trusted Refrigerator Repair in one of my rental properties in Alpharetta. From the first call, the person who answered was friendly and helpful. The technician who came out was on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got our Whirlpool fridge fixed quickly. My GE refrigerator stopped cooling, and I was freaking out about all my food going bad. I called Trusted Refrigerator Repair and Appliance PRO, and the lady on the phone was super helpful. She asked all the right questions to make sure the tech had what he needed to fix it the same day.
Sure enough, the technician showed up that same day, figured out the problem fast, and got my fridge working again. Huge relief! I didn’t lose any food, and the whole process was smooth. Great service, fast response, and really nice people. Definitely recommend it if you need

I am not one to write about everything and anything. However, in these times when it is difficult to navigate through fake reviews to find good service, it is important to acknowledge those who truly deserve recognition.
I believe that Trusted Refrigerator Repair and Appliance Pro, which services Johns Creek, is a rare gem. The staff speaks English and knows their stuff. The recent snowstorm did not stop them from coming over and fixing my poor fridge, which saved me from losing my snow-Armageddon preparedness shopping, and I did not have to visit the store again after the snow.
Here's the kicker: while the repairman was here, we were running a load in the dishwasher. He spotted some water dripping under the door and told us the basic things to do to avoid a potentially costly repair. As a result, we were proud that we could "fix" the leak by following his advice, and he did not charge us for that. So, they know their appliances too.
Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

It’s not easy to find a refrigerator repair company in Johns Creek and Suwanee area that’s honest, quick to respond and does things right the first time. I’m so happy with the services we received by their neatly dressed, well spoken and knowledgeable repairman that five starts is not enough to show how happy I am with their well and personnel.
